LLM currently provides supports to individuals that receive Kentucky Medicaid funding through either the Supports for Community Living Waiver, Michelle P Waiver, or Money Follows the Person Waiver.  For individuals that do not qualify for Medicaid waiver services due to their income level, LLM does provide the option for services through private pay.  Below are descriptions of the three Kentucky Medicaid waiver programs that LLM currently accepts and the types of services provided under each waiver.
