Organization History
Jeanene Mader following the burden of her heart, founded Lord's
Legacy Life Ministries, Inc. in November 2006. Jeanene's active role
in advocating for individuals with mental challenges and physical
disabilities has been her passion from childhood. Her memories
recall, as a child, their family home being open to anyone needing
assistance. Her parent's compassion instilled the needed values that
loving and serving others is our purpose. It was our duty to God,
our society, and our communities to have a compassionate heart.
Financial burdens were never to be viewed as obstacles but
opportunities to promote one's self worth. Ten years ago Jeanene
opened the doors of her family home to a individual with a
disability after being abandoned by a hazardous flood. Her advocacy
and daily participation in this individual's life, educated her on
the demand and the challenges these individuals face daily.
Recognizing this was only one individual and she could make a
difference, she is on a mission with a purpose.

Jeanene is committed to educating the public on the barriers these
individuals partake. With the knowledge and understanding the
resources can be easily accessible to accomplishing these goals. She
believes that there is desperate need for change and the past
traditional concept of the government providing funding to these
individuals. The heart breaking truth is our governments financial
ability to continue to provide assistance is becoming nonexistent. A
new concept was created to offer "community inclusion" as a vital
necessity to promote each individual life. She believes that with
the available resources, community outreach, and the compassion in
this country, that there shall be a day that disabled citizens will
not have to depend on government funding to provide the same
opportunities we all share. Partnered with local Pastors, youth
groups, seminary students, professors, college sport teams, local
professionals and businesses, the vision is being driven with
pursuit to reach a destination of wholeness for everyone.
