About Us

Lord’s Legacy Life Ministries, Inc. was founded as a non profit organization to assist individuals with physical, mental, developmental, cognitive and emotional disabilities. They offer desperately needed community services with a focus on community inclusion. Opportunities are provided for individuals to live within their own community. They promote freedom, rights and faith. They carry the philosophy that anything is possible and strive to achieve each individual’s dreams. LLM offers two levels of assistance.

Level One , Supports for Community Living (SCL), a state funded program under the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation in Kentucky, and Level Two, Revival Center Outreach Ministries , a Christian based non profit organization that provides supports through a general fund that offers hope, love, and compassion to individuals in need.
